Mr. Michalis Mouaimis is the Founder of the firm and has been practising law in Cyprus since 1986. With nearly four decades of legal experience, he has built a reputation for providing practical, dependable, and client-focused legal advice, founded on the principles of integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1984 before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1986. Following his admission, he established his legal practice, which has since evolved into a modern, full-service law firm while remaining committed to the values upon which it was founded.

Between 2003 and 2013, Mr. Mouaimis served as the Exclusive Legal Advisor to the Municipality of Paralimni, providing legal guidance on a broad range of public law, administrative, contractual, regulatory, and municipal matters. This long-standing appointment reflects the confidence placed in his legal judgment and professional expertise.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mouaimis has advised and represented individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and public authorities across a wide spectrum of legal matters. His extensive experience, sound legal judgment, and meticulous approach have enabled him to successfully navigate complex legal issues while consistently safeguarding his clients’ interests. Between 2014 and 2017, he served as the Exclusive Legal Advisor of Kokkinochoria Cooperative Credit Society and of various Community Councils.
